Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to book with us. We understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide flexibility to accommodate your needs. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation.

1. Standard Rate:

• Cancellation is free until 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
• If cancelled within 14 days before check-in, the full reservation fee will be charged.

2. Fully Flexible Rate:

• Cancellation is free until 0:00 AM on the check-in day.
• If cancelled after 0:00 AM on the check-in day, the full reservation fee will be charged.

3. Non-Refundable Rate:

• There is no free cancellation for non-refundable bookings.
• The full reservation fee will be charged in case of cancellation.

Grace Period:

• For bookings made more than 5 days ahead of the check-in date, a 24-hour grace period applies.
• During the grace period, guests may cancel their reservation, and the whole reservation fee will be refunded.

No-Show Policy:

• In the event of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
• However, the cleaning fee portion of the reservation will be refunded.

Payment Policy:

• Full payment is due at the time of reservation to secure your booking.

We advise all guests to consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may affect their travel plans.
