The flat is newly renovated with your comfort in mind. It includes everything to enjoy your stay and make yourself at home. The 75 square meter (807 square feet) air-conditioned apartment has a living room, a master bedroom and a smaller secondary bedroom. All rooms are interconnected, with a glass sliding door between the two bedrooms.

The bathroom can be accessed both from the hall and the bedrooms, while the toilet opens from the hall only. The shower cabin is roomy enough for two (120x90cm), featuring a thermostatic shower panel with and additional rain shower head. Towels, toiletries as well as a hair-dryer are of course provided.

The main dining area is in the living room, and there is a table for a short snack also in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, all kinds of kitchen utensils and tableware. A toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine is also at your disposal.

Ironing facilities are provided, but there is no washing machine in the apartment. A laundry service is available in just about 100 meters from the house (Bubbles, Central Passage).

Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historical building with no elevator. All windows are overlooking the street, so you might experience some noise during the night. The secondary bedroom has no windows to the street, being the better choice for those sensitive to noises.
