The flat is newly renovated with your comfort in mind. It includes everything to enjoy your stay and make yourself at home. The 50 square meter air-conditioned studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, dining area, and an open bedroom directly connected to the shower and the toilet - both having a shaded glass door. The shower is roomy enough for two (120x120cm), featuring a thermostatic shower panel with and additional rain shower head. Towels, toiletries, as well as a hair-dryer are of course provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, all kinds of kitchen utensils and tableware. A toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine is also at your disposal.

Ironing facilities are provided, but there is no washing machine in the apartment. A laundry service is available in just about 100 meters from the house (Bubbles, Central Passage).

Please note that the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a historical building with no elevator. Also note that the toilet and the shower have only a shaded glass wall - check out our other listing if you find this arrangement too intimate.
